Yes. Masho operations are currently functioning. However, we would like to inform you that it may take a little longer than usual. You can find updated delivery times on the product page for each item and for your order in the checkout page.
Awaiting delivery? Always double check your expected delivery date under My Orders section before getting in touch. Please keep in mind that the delivery date is an estimate and it may take longer due to apparent reasons. We are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Can I place my order in this lockdown phase? Will Masho deliver the package?
We have restarted our deliveries of non-essential goods in accordance with the zones. We are more than happy to deliver the goods purchased. However, due to the lockdown and restrictions in movement, the expected delivery time of the products might be delayed. We sincerely hope that you will understand given the current situation. What is Masho doing to keep customers safe?
Customer health and safety is of utmost importance to us and we are doing everything we can to keep a track on the impact of COVID-19. We are also taking safety measures such as maintaining hygiene while packaging the products and having minimal contact during deliveries. Shipping and Delivery
Here are two ways through which you can check your order status:

It may differ from one item to another. Here is an explanation of estimated delivery time:
1. Within 3-5 days:
For all metro cities (Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata) and the warehouse the product is being shipped from, the delivery time will be 3-5 business days.
2. With 5-7 days:
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers & the warehouse the product is being shipped from, the delivery time will be 5-7 business days.
3. Within 10-15 days:
For other areas, orders will be sent by Speed post via the Indian Postal Service which may take up to 10-15 business days based on the location.
4. Business days exclude public holidays, national holidays and Sundays.
All our deliveries are processed via reputed courier companies.
You can also get in touch with our customer support to provide an alternative delivery location serviced by our courier partners, if needed.
Estimated times differ based on the area you live in, warehouse from the product is shipped, and whether the product is in stock or not. If the product is in stock with us, then based on where you live and the warehouse from where the product is being shipped, we can deliver it to you within 3-5 days.
All Masho items are delivered via reputed courier partners who will provide you with a tracking ID for your order. Using this tracking ID, you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.

Return, Cancellation and Exchange

You can return any product that you have received as long as you provide the returns with the following things intact.
- customer invoice.
- all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
- is unused / original condition.
Make sure that you inform us of your intention to return the item to us and ensure that the product(s) reaches us within 7 days of delivery of the product.
If you notice that the package has been tampered with i.e. Masho tape is broken / missing, please do not accept the order.
It takes approximately 15 days from the date or pickup (return) of the product to us. Once you have created a return request, you will receive the refund amount. You can also find the total cost of the items on the invoice.
